Ryan Michael Matchinsky, 20, of Stillwater was sentenced to 10 years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent. He must follow several conditions and pay $8,258.69 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 13 months in prison. He received an additional sentence of 365 days in jail from Daily for gross misdemeanor carrying a pistol without a permit. He received credit for 236 days served.

Takela Gertonda Devonne Rogers, 35, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child.
