Robert Edward Collins, 42, of Rochester was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony predatory offender failing to register. He must perform 100 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 43 months in prison. He received a concurrent sentence of three years and one day probation from Daily for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must perform 50 hours of community service (consecutive with the 100 from first sentence), follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 22 months in prison.

Ryan Michael Matchinsky, 20, of Stillwater was sentenced to 10 years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent. He must follow several conditions and pay $8,258.69 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 13 months in prison. He received an additional sentence of 365 days in jail from Daily for gross misdemeanor carrying a pistol without a permit. He received credit for 236 days served.

Takela Gertonda Devonne Rogers, 35, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child. She must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 17 months in prison. She received a concurrent sentence of one year of probation from Daily for gross misdemeanor child endangerment-permitting a child to be present during the possession/sale of a controlled substance.

Meagan Frances Webb, 37, of LeRoy was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions. She received a concurrent sentence of two years of probation from Daily for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. She must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $110 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for four days served.

Dean Allan Vatnsdal, 34, of Jordan was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must perform 90 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 61 days served.

Carlos Cruz-Dominguez, 33, of Rochester was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI-refusal to submit to a breath test or breath test failure. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for two days served.

Steven Anthony Moreno, 27, of Faribault was sentenced to 13 months in prison by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession.

Chad Lyle Swenson, 35, of Spring Valley was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison. He received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation from Daily for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 90 days served. He received a staggered sentence of 180 days in jail from Daily for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI, meaning his jail time is divided into stays of 90 days, 45 days and 45 days and may be deferred if he follows certain conditions. He must serve two years of probation, follow a few conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 52 days served.

Tonya Lois Ingersoll, 47, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison.

Lashell Keisha-Marie Mosely, 27, of Spring Valley was sentenced to two days in jail by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI. She must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 178 days in jail.

Shalana Anne Underdahl, 26, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony third-degree sale of a narcotic. She must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 27 months in prison.
