Jacob Matthew Medgaarden, 38, of Lansing was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Matthew James Klein, 39, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 17 months in prison.

Dargan Max Patterson, 24, of Austin was sentenced to 24 months in prison by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony violating a domestic abuse no contact order within 10 years of two or more convictions. He must pay $85 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 24 months in prison for felony predatory offender failure to register. He must pay $85 in fines.He received another concurrent sentence of 13 months in prison from Siefken for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle.

Brandon Michael Zarate, 24, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony third-degree possession of methamphetamine/amphetamine in a school/park/public housing zone. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $5,085 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison.

Jason Arthur Worsley, 34, of Caledonia was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license. He must follow a few conditions.

Lance Elliot Wallis, 47, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor possession of a firearm by a user of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines.

Cody Earl Wallace Dill, 25, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony third-degree sales of a narcotic. He must perform 120 hours of community service and follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 33 months in prison.

Ochudho Jamal Ojulu, 28, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony domestic assault. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison.

Adam John Techau, 33, of Owatonna was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Yee Sheh, 23, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. He received credit for one day served.
