—Colin Charles Belden, 19, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow a few conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

—Nicholas William Bera, 37, of Dodge Center was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk. He must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison.

—Edbin Jose Coreas, 22, of Austin was sentenced to 180 days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test. He received credit for 60 days served.

—Keaton Clark Emiliusen, 29, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor interfering with a 911 call. He must follow a few conditions and pay $900 in fines.

He received a concurrent sentence of two years of probation from Siefken for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received another concurrent sentence of two years of probation from Siefken for gross misdemeanor violating an order for protection. He must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

—Obka Charles Phanuel, 17, of Austin was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree sales of marijuana mixture except small amount of marijuana with no remuneration. He must pay $85 in fines.

—David Glenn Raygor, 53, of Stewartville was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor driving a motor vehicle not equipped with an ignition lock-use/possess alcohol or controlled substance. He must follow a few conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received a concurrent sentence of two years of probation from Kritzer for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must follow a few conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

—Jeremy Ashley Winkel, 36, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor domestic assault-subsequent violation. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for 109 days served.
