Police are looking for a pick-up truck stolen early Thursday morning.

According to Austin Police Capt. David McKichan, police responded to a theft call at 1:30 a.m. on Thursday morning in the 2000 block of Third Avenue Southeast. A green 2002 Chevy Silverado four-door pick-up truck that was parked in the street was stolen from the property.

The owner said someone had rummaged through the vehicle and stolen the keys two weeks ago, but the incident was not reported to the police, according to McKichan.
