Bailey accepted for admission to Luther College

DECORAH, Iowa – Sam Bailey of Austin, Minnesota, has been accepted for admission for the 2018-19 academic year at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Bailey has been awarded the Dean’s Scholarship.

A national liberal arts college with an enrollment of 2,050, Luther offers an academic curriculum that leads to the bachelor of Aarts degree in more than 60 majors and pre-professional programs.

Local students earn degrees from Western Governors University

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Dana Sorenson of Adams, Julie Londino-Green of Austin and Lacey Lammers of Dexter, all earned degrees from Western Governors University at its 64th commencement ceremony on Feb. 10.

Sorenson received her bachelor’s degree in business-information technology management. Londino-Green earned her master’s degree in mathematics education (grades 5-12). Lammers received her master’s degree in nursing.
