– Edbin Jose Coreas, 22, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow a few conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

– Stephanie Kay Hanson, 49, of Austin was sentenced to two days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. She must serve two years of probation, follow a few conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in an additional 180 days in jail. She received credit for one day served.

– Anthony Wayne Ledoux, 35, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must follow a few conditions and pay $300 in fines.

– Lisa Marie Musolf, 55, of Waltham was sentenced to 30 days in jail by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI. The sentence will be stayed if she provides an ignition interlock certificate and the interlock tests clean during three times per week check-ins. She must serve three years of probation and follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

– Oo Reh, 25, of Syracuse, New York, was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow a few conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

– Juan Serrano-Ramos, 40, of Austin was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct-nonconsensual sexual contact. He must serve three years of probation, perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in an additional 270 days in jail. He received credit for nine days served.

– Richard Martin Souhrada, 33, of Austin was sentenced to 39 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm.
