Convictions: Feb. 18-24

—Edgar Carlos, 27, of Austin received a staggered sentence of 30 days in jail by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony first-degree DWI. The sentence will be served as a work release, requiring him to report to the Mower County Jail at 6 p.m. He must serve seven years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 42 months in prison.

—Jason Lee Horner, 33, of Owatonna was sentenced to 10 years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony second-degree burglary. He must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $3,188.44 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 23 months in prison. He received credit for 186 days served.

—Matthew Carl Maxim Koch, 26, of Austin was sentenced to 46 months in prison by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony third-degree possession of 10 grams of more of a narcotic drug other than heroin. He must pay $85 in fines.

—Andrew Michael Larson, 37, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony terroristic threats. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison.

—William Edward Manley, 28, of Warroad was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow a few conditions and pay $100 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in one year in jail. He received credit for two days served.

—James Michael Polk, 45, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony third-degree drug possession of three grams or more of heroin. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison.

—Mavrick Randal Raygor, 26 of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 90 days served.

—Mark Paul Snater, 60, of Austin was sentenced to 24 months in prison by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony violating a domestic abuse no contact order-within 10 years of two or more convictions. He must pay $85 in fines.

—Corey Lee Stigney, 37, of Austin was sentenced to 36 months in prison by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony second-degree sales of three grams or more of methamphetamine. He must pay $85 in fines.

—Juan Vasquez, Jr. 41, of Albert Lea received an amended sentence of 180 days in jail by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree possession of not a small amount of marijuana. He may be released directly into treatment if an inpatient bed becomes available.
