The Austin boys swimming and diving team advanced athletes to state in 10 events events at the Section 1A meet in Rochester Friday.

Riley Norton took third in diving to get to state, Logan Kelly took second in the 200-yard individual medley and second in the 100-yard breaststroke to advance to state in both events, Mitchell Mayer took second in the 100-yard butterfly to advance to state and the 400-yard freestyle relay team of Rafe Dolan Peterson, Logan Kelly, Mitchell Mayer and Isaac Christopherson took second to get to state.

Christopherson took third and finished under the state cut time to advance to state in the 200-yard freestyle and he finished fourth and under the state cut time in the 100-yard freestyle to get to state, Dolan Peterson took third and finished under the cut time to advance to state in the 200-individual medley, Mayer took fourth and finished under the cut time to advance to the state meet in the 50-yard freestyle and Ethan Thompson took third and swam under the state cut time to advance to state in the 500-yard freestyle.

The Austin 200-yard freestyle relay team of Mayer, Dolan Peterson, Logan Kelly and Christopherson took third and swam under the state cut time to get to state.
