Bruins use second period surge to clip Wings

The Austin Bruins had a solid second period as they beat the Aberdeen Wings (24-12-3-1 overall) 4-1 on the road Friday.
Xander Lamppa, Alex Mella and Evan Cholak all scored second period goals as Austin (23-12-1-4 overall) broke open the game. Alex Schilling stopped 33 of the 34 of the shots he saw in net.
