Published 8:41 am Thursday, February 1, 2018

The eighth annual Paint the Town Pink cancer research benefit will continue this weekend, and residents of Austin and the surrounding area will get several opportunities to show their support.

On Friday, you will get the opportunity to donate to cancer research via a KAUS Radiothon, then rock out at the Pink Rocks! Ventura Highway concert at American Legion Post 91.

On Saturday, you can go ice fishing at East Side Lake to raise money for cancer research, or you can head over to Rose Creek for a vintage snowmobile show and a silent auction at the Creek Bar and Grill. You can then swing dance the evening away or enjoy a drink at the Hormel Historic House.
