An aggressive fast-growing global food ingredients company is expanding and looking to add a Customer Service/ Inside Sales Position to our team at either our Albert Lea, MN or Hudson, WI location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

*Assist customers via phone, email and fax with inquiries or orders

* Process freight, inventory, and sales documentation

* Proven ability to develop and manager customer relationships

* Strong strategic selling skills

* Confirming accuracy of production and inventory data

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal applicants will have:

* Previous customer service experience.

* Excellent problem solving skills.

* Time management, organizational and mutli-tasking skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.

* Transportation experience is a plus.

* Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).

* Manufacturing experience

* Export/Import experience
