—Mustafa Gai Adut, 52, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
—Dallas Aaron Ball, 25, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony failure to register as a predatory offender. He must follow several conditions.
—Tanner Jordan Becvar, 21, of Hayfield was sentenced to three years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 62 days served.
—James Paul Hutchinson, 35, of Austin was sentenced to 21 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony violent felon possessing/using a tear gas compound.
—Ryan Khaoone, 19, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim aged 13-15 and actor more than 48 months older. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 36 months in prison.
—James Earl Ogden, 36, of Blooming Prairie was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow a few conditions.
—Ochudho Jamal Ojulu, 28, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony domestic assault. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison.
—Tristan Jeffery Rollie, 18, of Wykoff was sentenced to 15 years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim aged 13-15 and an actor more than 24 months older. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,460 in fines.
—Jonathan Denis Smolders, 25, of Rochester was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.
