—Shannon Marie Huinker, 45, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of her license. She must follow several conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

—Deng Madit-Machar, 43, of Owatonna was sentenced to seven years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony first-degree DWI. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 42 months in prison. He received credit for 197 days served.

—Ban Wah, 28, of St. Paul was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor DWI-refusal to submit to a chemical test. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
