The Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council has announced a call for grant proposals by individual artists.

All proposed projects must begin no earlier than April 1, 2018, and be completed in 12  months, culminating with a capstone event that is accessible and open to the public.

Online applications will be available throughout January with an online submission deadline of 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2018.

Proposals will be accepted from individual artists 18 or older who are full-time residents of the SEMAC region.  No matching funds are required.
