OFFENSE
Tate Hebrink, Quarterback, Austin
The senior led a high-power Packer offense as he completed 42.2 percent of his passes for 1,816 yards, 17 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. Hebrink ran for 141 yards (2.5 per carry) and four touchdowns.
Zach Myhre, Running back, Grand Meadow
The senior finished his Grand Meadow career with a bang as he ran for 2,162 yards (9.3 per carry) and 28 TDs. Myhre caught three passes for 12 yards.
Joe Seeman, Running back, Austin
The junior used a combination of speed and power as he ran for 911 yards (6.4 per carry) and seven TDs. Seeman caught seven passes for 64 yards.
Gavin Owens, Wide receiver, Austin
The big-play junior hauled in 35 passes for 548 yards and 10 TDs. Owens averaged 25.4 yards on kick returns with one touchdown.
Luke Hawkshead, Wide receiver, Austin
Although he was limited by injuries for much of the season, Hawkshead made the opportunities he did get count as he caught 18 passes for 368 yards and three TDs.
Gabe Hagen, Wide receiver, Blooming Prairie
The sophomore was an explosive play-maker as he caught 32 passes for 556 yards and 8 touchdowns.
Hunter Johnson, Offensive line, Austin
The senior was a vocal leader and a big bruiser up front for a Packer line that made big strides this season.
Nick Mensink, Offensive line, Southland
The senior was a two-year captain and he was one of the strongest players on Southland’s team.
Mitchell Oswald, Offensive line, Blooming Prairie
The overpowering senior was a steady force up front for BP.
Grant Skifter, Offensive line, Grand Meadow
The senior was a physical presence that helped the GM ground game churn.
Zach Nelson, Offensive line, Hayfield
The senior played on both sides of the ball without breaks and he was responsible for blocking schemes and lining up the offense.
DEFENSE
Logan Braaten, Defensive line, Austin
The senior was able to put together his first fully healthy season for the Packers as he racked up 93 total tackles, three sacks and 12 tackles for a loss.
Mitchell Oswald, Defensive line, Blooming Prairie
The senior racked up 63 total tackles, 8.5 sacks and 17 tackles for a loss.
Kyle Oehlke, Defensive line, Grand Meadow
The senior had 89 total tackles, eight sacks and 1 fumble recovery on the season.
Brad Staska, Defensive line, Blooming Prairie
The senior had 56 total tackles, 6.5 tackles for a loss and 1.5 sacks.
Joe Seeman, Linebacker, Austin
The junior chased down runners from sideline to sideline all season as he finished with 84 total tackles, 1 interception, 1 sack and 6 tackles for a loss.
Zach Myhre, Linebacker, Grand Meadow
The senior had 122 total tackles, one sack, one fumble recovery and three interceptions.
Payton Simon, Linebacker, Blooming Prairie
The sophomore had 58 total tackles and 5 tackles for a loss.
Josh Graves, Defensive back, Grand Meadow
The senior had 115 tackles, 2 interceptions and 2 fumble recoveries.
Hunter Guyette, Defensive back, Austin
The junior picked off a team-high four passes, including one for a touchdown, and he also finished the season with 26 total tackles.
Nolan Skifter, Defensive back, Grand Meadow
The sophomore had 96 tackles, 3 interceptions and 2 fumble recoveries.
Karson Vigeland, Defensive back, Blooming Prairie
The sophomore had 37 total tackles, while picking off 2 passes and breaking up 10 passes in the secondary.
HONORABLE MENTION
Seth Peterson, Quarterback, Blooming Prairie
The junior had a breakout season for the Awesome Blossoms as he completed 57 percent of his passes for 2,278 yards with 25 TDs and nine interceptions. Peterson ran for 409 yards (6.1 per carry) and two TDs.
Andrew Schumacher, Wide receiver/kicker, Austin
The junior speedster was effective in the slot as he hauled in 29 passes for 435 yards and two TDs. As a kicker, Schumacher was was 36-for-45 on PATs and he was 3-for-6 on field goals.
Connor Byram, Wide receiver, Austin
The junior caught 20 passes for 369 yards and two TDs.
Luke Hawskhead, Linebacker, Austin
The senior was limited heavily on the defensive side of the ball due to injuries, but he did record 21 tackles and three tackles for a loss when he was on the field
Jake Halsey, Defensive line, Austin
The senior pass rusher compiled 31 total tackles and five sacks and seven tackles for a loss on the season.
Thomas Kroymman, Defensive line, Austin
The junior had 26 total tackles, five tackles for a loss and two sacks.
Bret Matthews, Defensive line/fullback, Southland
The versatile senior rushed for 199 yards (5.0 per carry) while also serving as the Rebels’ lead blocker on running plays. On defense, Matthews had 27 tackles, four sacks, one fumble forced and one fumble recovered. Matthews didn’t play the whole season as he suffered a knee injury.
Jared Landherr, wide receiver/defensive back/punter, Southland
The senior hauled in 39 passes for 692 yards and eight TDs, while rushing for 44 yards (5.5 per carry) and one score. Landherr averaged 22 yards on kick returns and 17 yards on punt returns and he also averaged 43 yards per punt. On defense, Landherr had 30 tackles, ninepasses deflected and onefumble recovered.
Max Romeo, Running back, Blooming Prairie
The senior ran for 789 yards (7.6 per carry) and seven TDs, while hauling in 20 passes for 213 yards and two TDs.
Lucas Noble, Wide receiver, Blooming Prairie
The senior caught 22 passes for 336 yards and three TDs and he ran for 102 yards (3.9 per carry) and two TDs.
Tim Wolf, Wide receiver, Blooming Prairie
The junior caught 33 passes for 452 yards and five TDs.
Mitchell Fiebiger, Linebacker, Blooming Prairie
The junior had 56 total tackles and 3.5 tackles for a loss.
Brad Staska, Offensive line, Blooming Prairie
The bruising senior helped push the BP offense to a strong season.
Zach Nirk, Offensive line, Blooming Prairie
The senior was a strong blocker for a solid BP offensive line.
Josh Graves, Quarterback, Grand Meadow
The senior was 31-for-79 with 539 yards passing to go with four touchdowns and five interceptions. Graves ran for 544 yards (4.5 per carry) and 12 TDs and he racked up 733 return yards.
Grant Skifter, Defensive line, Grand Meadow
The senior had 80 tackles and five sacks.
Trey Hungerholt, Quarterback/saftey, LeRoy-Ostrander
The sophomore was 90-for-171 with 1,131 passing yards and 11 TDs and he ran for 873 yards (4.8 per carry) and 10 TDs. On defense, Hungerholt picked off five passes.
Sean Lohuis, Running back/wide receiver/linebacker, LeRoy-Ostrander
The senior did a little bit of everything for the Cardinals. He ran for 431 yards (4.8 per carry) and four TDs, he caught 29 passes for 312 yards and 2 TDs and he racked up 509 return yards. Lohuis averaged nine tackles per game.
