Travel plans packed full with the magic of Christmas

It was with  champagne and roses that we attended the opening night cast party of “Miracle on 34th Street” at the Fireside Dinner theater.

This theater located in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, is one of our favorites, which we have visited many times. Its theater in the round  design makes for a unique performance, as the center  stage will rise from the lower level. Cast members came from  many larger cities.

We enjoyed a special holiday-themed buffet meal before spending some time wandering through several holiday shops with beautiful trees and Christmas items. Then,we are escorted into the main theater.

This family-owned theater has caught on well on how to treat their patrons.  A box of homemade cookies with a big bow and holiday message is the perfect way to send off their guests.  With treats to enjoy on the  trip back to Austin.  We are pumped and in spirit of Christmas, which  is such a magical time of the year.
