Dr. Caitlin Dunham, an obstetrician and gynecologist (OB/GYN), recently joined the women’s health team at Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin.

Dunham earned her medical degree at Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, Florida, and completed her residency in OB/GYN at Sacred Heart Health System in Pensacola, Florida.

She enjoys the full spectrum of OB/GYN and women’s health, but has a passion for Centering Pregnancy care, contraception, minimally invasive surgery and mental health care in pregnancy.

“I am looking forward to many things about living and working in Austin, but I am most excited about being a part of the community I serve and delivering great health care to my neighbors,” she said.

In her free time, Dunham enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, cooking and traveling. She particularly enjoys barbecue, southern style cuisine, and holiday dinners.

When traveling abroad, they always make a point to visit the grocery story to see what people eat every day. They also have a dog, two cats, a prairie dog and a ball python.
