The Southland football team closed out its regular season with a 43-14 loss to Goodhue in Adams Wednesday.

Jared Landherr had 170 yards receiving and two TDs in the loss for the Rebels (2-6 overall).

Southland had just 25 yards rushing as a team and lost two fumbles.

“We couldn’t run the ball against them, but we threw it well,” Southland head coach Shawn Kennedy said.
