The Austin girls swimming and diving team was edged out by Winona by a score of 94-92 in Bud Higgins pool Thursday.

Austin’s Kristina Thorson took first in the 200-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle for the Packers, Berghyn Hull took first in diving and Abby Schammel took first in the 100-yard butterfly.
