Jessica Mae Curtis, 21, of Lime Springs, is charged with fifth-degree drug possession, a felony, and giving a false name to a police officer.

She was arrested by an Austin police officer after a traffic stop on Highway 218 Oct. 25. She was a passenger in the vehicle. According to the criminal complaint, she was in possession of about 138 grams of marijuana. It was for her personal use, she said, not for sale.
