Bruins drop third straight game to Brookings

The Austin Bruins lost to the Brookings Blizzard (10-5-1 overall) for the third straight game as they fell short by a score of 4-2 on the road Saturday.

Valdemar Ahlberg put Austin (4-6-1-2 overall) up 1-0 early on, but the Blizzard scored three goals in the second period to put the game out of reach.

Mads Sogaard stopped nine of the 13 shots he saw for Austin and Alex Schilling stopped nine of the 10 shots he saw.
