A 40-year-old Austin man pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct-non consensual sex in Mower County District Court on Monday.

Juan Serrano-Ramos will be sentenced on the gross misdemeanor charge in March 2018.

Serrano-Ramos was arrested earlier this year, accused of touching a female teenager.

Another charge of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct was dropped as part of a plea deal.
