AAUW hosting annual Tour of Homes on Sunday; Homes represent old and modern time periods

The Austin branch of the American Association of University Women will once again be hosting the Scholarship Tour of Homes.

This year the three-home tour will take place between 1-5 p.m. with proceeds from the event going toward helping fund the AAUW’s scholarship commitment.

The tour this year features the homes of Sonia Larson, Scott Reinartz and Brent Frankhauser and Jeannie and Greg Bird.

Tickets are $15 per person and are available at Coffee House on Main, Hy-Vee, Discover Austin and any AAUW member.

The AAUW Educational Foundation advances the equity for women and girls through advocacy, education and research.

Membership is open to anyone earning a two-year degree or certificate or a four-year degree or certificate from an accredited university or college.
