Margaret A. “Muggins” Whiting, 90, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, passed away Sunday, Sept. 10, 2017, at Mayo Clinic Hospital-Rochester, Saint Marys Campus.

Service: Memorial service at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 15, 2017, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie with Pastor Heidi Heimgartner officiating.

Visitation: From 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, one hour before the service at First Lutheran Church.
