The “All Veterans-All Eras” family barbecue picnic will be held beginning at noon on Saturday, Aug. 26

at the Northwood Shelter house, Worth County fairgrounds, in Northwood, Iowa.

The 13th annual event is hosted by local Vietnam Veterans of America, Jerry Parmley North Star Chapter 790. All era veterans of all branches of service from around the region are invited. Spouses or  a guest are invited to enjoy the activities also.

Burgers, brats, sloppy joes, hot dogs, lemonade, plates and utensils are provided. Appetizers, side dishes, salads, and desserts to share are welcome and appreciated to create a variety buffet.  A four-piece band and door prize drawings are planned also.
