—Trevor Robert Bakken, 28, of Austin was sentenced to 30 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI. His sentencing was based on a review hearing held six months after his previous sentencing. He is currently serving four years of probation, during which he must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. He received credit for three days served.

—Ryan Jiles Baldus, 26, of Austin was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for fifth-degree drug possession of 0.05 grams or more of heroin. He must pay $85 in fines.

—Patricia Jane Boonreuang, 22, of Austin was sentenced to 76 days in jail for felony fifth-degree drug possession of not a small amount of marijuana. She must serve five years of probation, perform 50 hours of community service and follow several conditions. She received credit for 76 days served.

—Derrick Richard Espe, 28, of Austin was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a felony third-degree drug crime. He must serve 20 years of probation, perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $835 in fines. He received credit for 10 days served.

—Darin Douglas Finley, 30, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor third-degree criminal damage to property. He must serve three years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $10,714.72 in fines.

—Eh Thaw Htoo, 26, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines.

—Moeun Mok, 24, of Rochester was sentenced to a stayed prison sentence of one year and nine months for felony third-degree burglary. He must serve five years of probation, perform 100 hours of community service and follow several conditions.

—Christian Jereme Nord, 21, of Austin was sentenced to 15 days in jail for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve two years of probation and follow several conditions. He received credit for 15 days served.

—Meranda Lynn O’Conner, 35, of East Grand Forks was sentenced for the following:

•Stayed prison term of one year and five months for felony check forgery over $250, for which she must spend 239 days in jail, serve five years of probation, perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. She received credit for 239 days served.

•Stayed prison term of one year and one month for felony check forgery, for which she must spend 239 days in jail, serve five years of probation, perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. She received credit for 239 days served.

•Stayed prison term of one year and five months for felony fifth-degree drug possession, for which she must spend 239 days in jail, serve five years of probation, perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. She received credit for 239 days served.

•One stayed year in jail for gross misdemeanor check forgery, for which she must pay $85 in fines. She received credit for 261 days served.

—Robert Lee Tyson, 49, of Minneapolis was sentenced to five years of probation for felony violation of a domestic abuse no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions.

—Jennifer Lee Vreeman, 42, of Leroy was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for felony theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent. She must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $3,400.55 in fines.
