Rocky Don Phatheam, 29, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years of probation for felony third-degree drug sales of a narcotic. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 64 days served.

Samuel Michael Tanner, 35, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and one month in prison for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five years of probation, perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 86 days served.

Amy Beth Wagner, 26, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of two years for felony third-degree drug sales of a narcotic. She must serve 30 years of probation, perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines.

Nicholas James Laite, 25, of Austin received an amended sentence of a stayed prison term of two years for felony intentionally providing false information or knowingly violating registration requirements as a predatory offender. He must serve five years of probation and pay $2,085 in fines.

Jayson Christopher Pomsyda, 23, of Minneapolis was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 80 hours of community service and follow several conditions.

Alvardo Asdrubal Carbajal, 31, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI – refusal to submit to a chemical test. He must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines.

Aaron Michael Tapp, 34, of Austin was sentenced to 180 days (stayed 150 days) in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve two years of probation, perform 10 days of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. He received credit for 13 days served.
