—Franklin Montez Bell, 46, of Austin was sentenced to one year in jail (stayed 335 days) for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must spend 30 days in jail, serve two years of probation, perform 45 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. He received credit for three days served.
—Francis Loren Bellrichard, 71, of Austin was sentenced to one stayed year in jail for gross misdemeanor stalking through use of mail/deliver letter/telegram/package. He received a consecutive sentence of one stayed year in jail for another charge of gross misdemeanor stalking through use of mail/deliver letter/telegram/package. He must serve eight years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. He received credit for five days served.
—Cole Christopher Clapp, 32, of Dexter was sentenced to three years probation for felony criminal vehicular operation – substantial bodily harm. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 72 days served.
—Michael Ajak Dau, 35, of Owatonna was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve two years of probation, perform 45 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. He received credit for three days served.
—Michael Cody Granle, 23, of Waltham was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and one month for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five years of probation, perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines.
—Amanda Jo Hanson, 35, of Lyle was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions.
—Jessi Elise Jaszewski, 34, of Stewartville was sentenced to two years probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. She received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony theft. She must perform 100 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $560 in fines. She received credit for 192 days served.
—Dameshia Sable Keyiasa Loyd, 28, of Montgomery was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor theft. She must serve one year of probation, follow two conditions and pay $285 in fines.
—Olal James Nathanael, 22, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor violation of domestic abuse no contact order. He must perform 90 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines.
—Ashlee Elizabeth Louise Rud, 27, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.
—Jacob Alexander Sukanta Schlichter, 21, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor contributing to the need for child protection or services. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.
—Timothy Isaac Schmidt, 34, of Austin was sentenced to two years in prison for felony domestic abuse – violating two or more orders or protection within 10 years of a previous conviction. He received a concurrent sentence of four years and three months in prison for felony third-degree drug possession of three or more grams of cocaine/heroin/methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 113 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI. He received credit for 113 days served.
—Eric Arthur Weerts, 38, of Cannon Falls was sentenced to 15 years of probation for two counts of felony third-degree sexual conduct with a victim 13 to 15 years of age. He must follow several conditions and pay $185 in fines. He received credit for three days served.
