St. Mark’s Living seeks an experienced Clinical Director in our Housing area, to join its team.

St. Mark’s Living consists of 73 independent living and assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 61 nursing home beds, 21 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services and is located in Austin, Minnesota.

The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring that the health and safety of all residents are met.

Specific responsibilities will be discussed at interview.

Qualifications: This position re-quires a Graduate of accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurse. Related experience is preferred along with a required license as a Registered Nurse in MN and must maintain licensure. She/he must be able to work well directly with Assisted Living and Memory Care staff, be effective at staff scheduling, plans of correction, and exhibit leadership in the daily assignments of duties among the Res-ident Assistants.
