Another witness told officers the suspects were spotted near Y Waste. Officers soon caught the suspects, two boys ages 13 and 14. The teens were taken to the Red Wing Juvenile Detention Center and their parents were notified.

The truck had been stolen from the 100 block of Fourth Avenue Southeast. It is believed entry may have been gained to the truck after the keys were taken from the building.

The investigation is still ongoing.
