- Firemen battle at the Rose Creek water wars.
The city of Rose Creek came together for its 150th celebration, featuring a firefighters’ water fight of 19 teams, a parade with nearly 90 entrants, a car show with 125 entrants, and the Rose Creek Fire Department served more than 800 people at a Windsor chop supper. The Rose Creek City Council, Mayor, and Sesquicentennial Committee thank everyone for their kind words and encouragement throughout the planning process.
