Chamber holds ribbon cuttings

Atlantis Swim Federation opened their 2017 meet schedule, June 9, and held a ribbon cutting at the Austin pool. Coach Mark Vininski (center left) provides individual lessons, summer camps and meets for swimmers of all ages from throughout southern Minnesota.

 

Chamber Ambassadors welcomed Shay and Michelle Nelson, owners of EZ Seal, to the Chamber with a ribbon cutting ceremony. EZ Seal provides blacktop sealcoating and patchwork for residential and commercial customers in the Austin and Albert Lea area.

 

Mayo Clinic Health System-Albert Lea and Austin opened a new Express Care clinic in Hy-Vee, last month, and invited Chamber Ambassadors in for a ribbon cutting ceremony. The clinic is open seven days a week, offering walk-in, non-emergency services, including treatments for viruses and vaccines. The clinic is staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants, including PA Melissa Skime, pictured center of photo.

 

The Village Cooperative of Austin offers maintenance-free living for active seniors. Austin’s cooperative includes 62 one and two-bedroom homes that are owned by tenants. Chamber Ambassadors welcomed the cooperative’s Manager and Board members to the Chamber with ribbon cutting ceremony in front of the main entrance, June 6.
