Packer boys tennis team tops Waseca
The Austin boys tennis team picked up a 5-2 win over Waseca on the road Tuesday.
The Packers (5-6 overall) swept the doubles matches and Chris Kirchgatter and Logan Braaten put up good efforts in their losses in singles play.
“It was a great match with some very well played matches,” Austin head coach Jeff Anderson said. “I was proud of the effort from Chris and Logan even though they did not get the win. It was a good team win.”
