The Blooming Prairie boys golf team finished in first place in a five-team invite in BP and Blooming Prairie senior Taylor Christianson won the meet medalist in a girls meet in Triton Tuesday.

Christianson shot a 10 on her first hole, but she recovered and finished with an 84 to win the meet.

“I was extremely impressed with the mental toughness she showed after starting the day so rough,” BP co-head coach Cory Hendrickson said.

BP’s Jessica Ressler shot a 103 to finish eighth overall.

Tommy Braaten shot  a 37 to win meet medalist for the BP boys and the Awesome Blossoms finished with a team score of 163.
