—Travis Michael Attleson, 28, of Lansing was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for second-degree DWI refusal to submit to a chemical test. He must serve two years probation, follow several conditions, and pay $1,010 in fines. He received credit for 6 days served.

—Andrew Gene Barth, 29, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve two years probation, follow several conditions, and pay $385 in fines.

—Sarahann Caroline Beck-Iaquinto, 31, of Austin was sentenced to five years probation for felony theft-take/use/transfer of movable property without consent. She must follow several conditions, perform 40 hours of community service and pay $135 in fines.

—Jacob Allen Brandt, 23, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and six months for felony second-degree burglary. He received a concurrent sentence of a stayed prison term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor harassment for violating a restraining order. He received another concurrent sentence of a stayed prison term of one year and one day in prison for felony issuing a dishonored check. He must spend 60 days in jail, serve 10 years probation, follow several conditions, perform one day of community service and pay $1,497.56 in fines. He received credit for four days served.

—Katie Mae Brooks, 29, of Austin was sentenced to five years probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions and serve 40 hours of community service.

—Tesluoch Dak, 34, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve two years probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines.

—Anne Nicole Hammero, 34, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor check forgery-making/altering checks of more than $2,500. She must serve two years probation, follow several conditions and perform 100 hours of community service. She received credit for two days served.

—Jeffrey Austin Johnson, 31, of Adams was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and one day for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five years probation, follow several conditions, and pay $1,285 in fines.

—Alex Robert Kinnear, 19, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days in jail for third-degree DWI refusal to submit to a chemical test. He must serve one year probation, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines.

— Karissa Marie Lau, 28, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. She must serve one-year probation, follow several conditions, and pay $610 in fines.

—Ross Damon Lewis, 49, of Austin was sentenced to 10 years probation for second-degree burglary. He must follow several conditions, perform 60 days of community service, and pay $3,085 in fines.

—Blair Allen Madden, 47, of St. Ansgar, Iowa, was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve two years probation, follow several conditions and pay $210 in fines.

—Paul Madut Madut, 42, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor giving someone else’s name/date of birth to a court official. He must serve one-year probation, follow several conditions, and pay $585 in fines.

—Christopher John Maly, 34, of Racine was sentenced to five years probation for fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions.

—Michael Anthony James McKay, 27, of Mankato was sentenced to five years probation for felony check forgery with intent to defraud. He must follow several conditions, perform 80 hours of community service and pay $945 in fines.

—Henry John Thompson, 61, of Hanlontown, Iowa, was sentenced to five years probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines.

—Joseph Perry White, 31, of St. Cloud was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for fifth-degree drug possession. He must pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 213 days served.

—James Daniel Williams, 25, of Austin was sentenced to one year in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI-refusal to submit to a chemical test. He received a concurrent sentence of 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license. He received credit for 180 days served.

—Cory Danial Woods, 26, of Carpenter, Iowa, was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve two years probation, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines.
