Feb. 26-March 5

—Tyrone Alexander Bennett, 37, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and a day for felony fifth-degree drug possession for not a small amount of marijuana. He will serve five years of probation and must follow several conditions, and he must pay $135 in fees. He received credit for 94 days served.

—Miranda Marie Brede, 24, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for felony aiding an offender. She will serve two years of probation and must follow several conditions, and must pay $135 in fines. She received credit for seven days served.

—Matthew Jack Clennon, 19, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years probation for felony first-degree aggravated robbery. He must serve 100 hours community service and follow several conditions. He must pay $799 in fines. He received credit for 160 days served.

—Tyler John Hill, 37, was sentenced to serve four years in prison — three years from one set of cases, along with an additional year for another case — in several cases. He was sentenced to following:

•a year and a day in prison for felony violating and order for protection, a consecutive offense;

•two years and three months in prison for felony violating an order for protection with credit for 79 days served, a concurrent offense;

•three years in prison for felony aggravated stalking with a dangerous weapon with credit for 79 days served, a concurrent offense;

•two years in prison for felony violating a domestic abuse no contact order with credit for 79 days served, a concurrent offense;

•a year and a half in prison for violating an order for protection with credit for 81 days served, a concurrent offense;

•a year and three months in prison for fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle with credit for 81 days served, a concurrent offense;

•a year and three months in prison for violating an order for protection with credit for 87 days served, a concurrent offense;

•and one year probation for fifth-degree drug possession, a concurrent offense.

—Kendra Rose Judd, 19, of Austin was sentenced to two years probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession for not a small amount of marijuana. She must follow several conditions.

—Valerie Jeanne Mangskau, 28, of Austin was sentenced to five years probation for felony receiving stolen property. She must follow several conditions and must pay $135 in fines.

—Nicholas Wayne Miles, 39, of Austin was sentenced to a one-year stayed jail term for gross misdemeanor DWI. He will serve two years probation and must follow several conditions. He must do 45 hours of community service and must pay $900 in fines.

—Brianna Constance Key Ober, 21, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed term of 27 months in prison for third-degree drug possession for having 10 grams or more of a narcotic that was not cocaine/heroin. She was also sentenced in another case to a concurrent stayed prison term of 21 months for felony third-degree possession of a narcotic in a school/public housing zone. For both cases, she will serve 20 years of probation and must follow several conditions, and pay $135 in fines. She must also serve 40 hours of community service.

—Mathew Frank Overby, 28, of St. Cloud was sentenced to five years probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and perform 40 hours of community service.

—Shauna Marie George, 31, of Rochester was sentenced to two years probation for felony fourth-degree assault on a correctional employee. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. She received credit for 17 days served.

—Jacob Gerald Ricard, 21, of Chatfield was sentenced to five years probation for felony aiding/abetting fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 50 days served.

—Richard Daniel Wiseman, 35, of Austin was sentenced to five years probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and perform 80 hours of community service. He received credit for 19 days served.

March 6-12

—Larry David Alvarez, 36, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He will serve one year of probation and must follow several conditions, and he must pay $1,010 in fines.

—Justin Allen Carlson, 35, of Austin was sentenced to four days in jail for felony third-degree assault. He will serve five years of probation and must follow several conditions, and he must pay $135 in fines. He received credit for four days served.

—Timothy Glenn Hackel, 52, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He will serve one year of probation and must follow several conditions, and he must pay $985 in fines.

—Richard Harold Johnson, 62, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He will serve two years of probation and must follow several conditions, and he must pay $610 in fines.

—David William Jondal, 60, of Austin was sentenced to a prison term of one year and one day for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He was sentenced to 180 days for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI and received credit for 180 days served. He must pay $135 in fines.

—Thia Frae Olson, 41, of Dexter was sentenced to 10 years of probation for felony third-degree assault. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines.

—Dargan Max Patterson, 23, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He will serve two years of probation and must follow several conditions, and he must pay $585 in fines. He received credit for 18 days served.

—Bonnie Louise Peterson, 74, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. She will serve two years of probation and must follow several conditions, and she must pay $610 in fines.

—Jordan Alvin Williamson, 26, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony terroristic threats. He must follow several conditions, pay $135 in fines and serve 40 hours of community service.

—Whil Omot Omad, 45, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor driving with a canceled license. He must follow several conditions and pay $200 in fines.

—Tyrone Alexander Bennett, 37, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and one day for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He will serve five years of probation and must follow several conditions, and he must pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 56 days served.
