Utilities to take customer surveys

Austin Utilities is launching a new study to obtain feedback from its residential and commercial customers.

The survey will measure overall levels of satisfaction with the services and programs provided, according to a news release.

The survey will also capture customer needs and perceptions regarding communication. Feedback from customers will be obtained quarterly through a standard questionnaire that will be mailed to a random group of customers.

The survey will focus on the reliability of services, ease of doing business with the Utilities, the quality of service, customer concerns, fees and ability to communicate with staff.

The surveys take about five minutes to complete and customers will have the option to complete the survey online.

Once surveys are completed, all data will be analyzed and reviewed by Q Market Research. Austin Utilities will share the results of the study with their customers on an annual basis.
