The No. 2 seeded Hayfield girls basketball team beat No. 15 Triton (3-24 overall) 96-36 in a Section 1AA tournament game in Hayfield Thursday.

Carrie Rutledge led the Vikings (22-5 overall) with 17 points.

Hayfield will now play No. 10 Zumbrota-Mazeppa in Mayo Civic Center 6 p.m. Monday.
