The Hayfield girls basketball team hit 11 three-pointers as it beat Blooming Prairie 79-43 in BP Tuesday.

Maggie Streightiff had 28 points to lead the Vikings (16-3 overall) and Sam Wurst had 18 points and seven rebounds for BP (9-10 overall).

The Vikings used a 10-0 run to open the second half and take a 48-26 lead.

Hayfield will host Goodhue  in a big game in the HVL Blue Division 7:15 p.m. Friday.
