The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team beat Alden-Conger in BP Saturday.

BP (6-6 overall) jumped out to an 11-1 lead, but the Knights rallied to take a 27-22 halftime lead.

Ayren Ingvalson stepped up for BP as she had 12 points and six rebounds and Kylie Forystek had a career-high eight assists.

“Ayren Ingvalson had her best game of the season,” BP head coach John Bruns said. “She was a key defender in the second half and was super fun to watch. She has been a workhorse for us all season doing the little things that don’t show up in the box score, but tonight she really carried us for a stretch in the second half.”
