The Austin Bruins salvaged a weekend split against one of the top teams in the NAHL as they beat the Janesville Jets (32-6-0-3 overall) 5-1 in Riverside Arena Saturday.

Jon Richards had two goals in the win for Austin (18-18-2-2 overall) and Jake Kucharski had 25 saves.
