According to a court complaint, officers were contacted by an area school counselor about a victim between the ages of 13 and 17 who had been sexually assaulted.

The assault began when the victim was 7 years old, but more recently happened over Christmas break 2015, the complaint states. Wolpahgan allegedly sexually assaulted the victim three times in December 2015 and January 2016.

One of the times, Wolpahgan hit the victim and threatened to kill her until she complied with his orders, according to the complaint. In a second incident, Wolpahgan reportedly began smoking a methamphetamine pipe during the assault. Wolpahgan reportedly admitted to assaulting the victim.
