Benita Lora Esther Yentsch, 95, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, died Friday morning, Nov. 11, 2016, at Medford Senior Care in Medford, Minnesota.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at the First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie, with the Rev. Charlie Leonard and the Rev. Heidi Heimgartner officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at the Worlein – Blooming Prairie Funeral Home and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.

Interment: Inurnment will follow the service in the Blooming Prairie Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Arrangements are by Worlein – Blooming Prairie Funeral Home.

Memorials: Memorials can be directed to First Lutheran Church, Homestead Hospice House or recipient of donor’s choice.
