A 25-year-old Austin woman was reported missing by her father on Sunday after he reported he had not been in contact with his daughter since Thanksgiving day.

Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger reported Monday that Kayla Petersen had spent time at a residence in Rochester on Thursday, Nov. 24. She left the location with another white, unidentified female. Few other details were available on Monday.

She is described as white, 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 120 pounds.

Krueger said if anyone has information regarding the disappearance to call the police department at 507-437-9400, ext. 1.
