Wings clip Bruins 5-2

The Austin Bruins lost 5-2 to the Aberdeen Wings (3-6 overall) on the road Saturday.
Travis Kothenbeutel scored to give the Bruins a 2-1 lead early in the second period, but that was all of the offense they could produce.
Robbie Goor had 24 saves in the loss for Austin (3-4-1 overall).
The Bruins will hold their home opener when they host Bismarck at Riverside Arena 7:05 p.m. Friday.
