The Southland volleyball team took two of the first three sets, but it couldn’t finish the match off as it lost to La Crescent (2-9 overall, 1-9 Three Rivers) by scores of 25-19, 22-25, 21-25, 25-17, 15-10 on the road Thursday.

Kaysie Allen had 17 kills for the Rebels (1-12 overall, 1-8 Three Rivers) and Lilly Riddles had 20 set assists.
