Kathleen Bulson, 91, of Austin, Minnesota, Died Friday, Oct. 28, 2016, at the Primrose Retirement Community.

Kathleen was born on Nov. 2, 1924, in Phenix City, Alabama, to James and Lottie Burks.

Kathleen was born on Nov. 2, 1924 in Phenix City, Alabama to James and Lottie Burks.

She married Kenneth Bulson in Columbus, Georgia. Kathleen worked at the George A. Hormel Company for 37 years. She was a member of St. Olaf Lutheran Church and the VFW. Kathleen was a devoted mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Bulson; son, Jerry Bulson; daughter, Donna Gorvin; and two infant granddaughters.

Kathleen is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Donald and Carol Bulson of Austin, Minnesota; grandchildren: Suzanne Gorvin of Austin; Andy (Mishon) Bulson, St. Cloud, Minnesota; Jennifer (Sky) Christensen of Arlington, Washington; Jill (Bill) Doyle of New Brighton, Minnesota; Steven (Kelly) Gorvin; seven great grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; sister: Nuna Mae Anthony of Phenix City, Alabama.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at St. Olaf Lutheran Church with the Reverend Mark Niethammer officiating. Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1, and at the church on Wednesday for one hour before the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Olaf Lutheran Church.
