BURNSVILLE — Authorities have identified two people who died in a police chase south of the Twin Cities.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the chase started in Apple Valley on Monday night and ended in a crash in Burnsville, and both the fleeing driver and another motorist were killed.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office identified the driver as 22-year-old Matthew Vogel, of Bloomington, and the other motorist as 39-year-old Aida Sevilla O’Campo, of Burnsville.
