Austin volleyball team gets a win in Rochester Invite

The Austin volleyball team picked up one win at the Rochester Century Invite Saturday.
The Packers beat Big Lake 25-18, 20-25, 15-7, but Austin fell to Mankato East 25-21, 25-14, it lost to Rochester Lourdes 25-20, 25-15 and it fell to Jordan 25-15, 25-6.
Amber Hansen had 15 kills and 18 blocks for the Packers (4-15 overall).
“The girls played competitively most of the day,” Austin head coach Cindy Owen said. “We saw a lot of good thigs.”
