Superlarks crush Burros in season Burros

The Grand Meadow football team opened its season with its 37th consecutive win for the program as it toppled Lanesboro (0-1 overall) 66-16 in GM Friday.

GM jumped out to a 14-0 lead on a pair of touchdown runs by Zach Myhre, but the Burros responded with a 21-yard TD catch by Cole Schwinchtenberg for 21 yards.

GM (1-0 overall) dominated the second quarter as it outscored the Burros 30-0 in that frame.

Myhre and Christopher Bain both ran for more than 100 yards in the win.
